DO NOT CALL SPYDER DIRECTLY AND USE YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISCOUNT.
If you want to order items from Spyder that you have seen in a store or on the web site (spyder.com) we have some steps that need to be followed.
1. Pick your item and have the style number and name of the item (ie 1510 training pants)
2. Include your size which you can get by trying on at a store or thru a friend or the chart on the web site.
3. Choose the color or colors
4. Have a second or third choice, since items go fast and might not be available.
5. Email us, Dan or Donna Weiss at Danb737@aol.com or weissgirl04@aol.com your list of items.
6. Include your credit card number, name,exp date, and 3 digit code on back and you will be billed directly by Spyder.
7. We will check the inventory and tell you if its in and then order the item.
8. Your item will be shipped to your house by Spyder so they will need your shipping and billing address (if its different) Shipping will be added.
9. IMPORTANT: If your item is not right (wrong size, etc) we have to get a return authorization from Spyder.
DO NOT CALL SPYDER! This will jeopardize our agreement. Let us handle it.
As far as the custom club jackets and pants, we need a total of at least 10 items to have complete order. Last season we did not meet that requirement, and therefore, did not place an order for our club. We will have an updated picture of the jacket and pants in a few weeks. The colors are basically the same, but the style of jacket and pants with be somewhat different. there is a style change this year. We will also have the pricing for the club gear.
IMPORTANT: Please know that our order date for placing custom jackets or pants is APRIL 15th, 2009. So please keep this date in mind if you are needing any custom order.
